I am a pharmacist with over 10 years of experience, most of those with management experience. I am a highly motivated and have excellent people and performance management skills, business management, and extensive knowledge and experience with pharmacy laws and regulations.I enjoy the often fast paced environment of the pharmacy as it requires a certain efficiency and adaptability to function well. As a previous manager, I can help develop and grow a team and see how small changes and influences can have a big impact on the patients we serve. As a detail and efficiency driven individual the pharmacy has always been an environment where I can use my skill set to help improve the lives of both my coworkers and my patients.
