Zack Moore serves as the Vice President for Government and Community Relations for Penn State University, communicating to elected officials the value that Penn State provides to the people of Pennsylvania as the Commonwealth's flagship public university. Zack came to Penn State from Washington, D.C. in 2007 with lobbying and senior legislative experience in both the U.S. House and Senate. He brings his extensive legislative, policy development, and lobbying experience to the role of chief lobbyist for his alma mater, with responsibility over federal, state, and local relations efforts. In his time with Penn State, Zack has been a passionate advocate for value of Penn State’s land grant mission.
