In this role, I am lead on all communications and marketing efforts that are related to the corporate side of the United States Equestrian Federation, which is one of the National Governing Bodies (NGB) for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. My work touches all aspects of USEF outside of the sport department. I collaborate with our Safe Sport, Legal, Biosecurity, Licensed Officials, Competition Management, and our executive teams on all communications and marketing efforts. From execution of day-to-day communications, to long-term communication and marketing planning, I help USEF's experts and administration with connecting to our membership and outside stakeholders.

In this role, I lead the recruitment, admissions, and brand management efforts for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's first honors college, The Mahurin Honors College.

The bulleted list below show my responsibilities given by the Director of The Gatton Academy.- Interact with local, state, and national media sources to publicize The Gatton Academy- I have evolved the branding and marketing of The Gatton Academy to further foster the school’s identity. This includes simplifying the school’s name colloquially, creating one logo, and working toward a singular message that is portrayed through all media channels.- Collaborate with WKU’s Division of Public Affairs in the annual creation of fresh digital and marketing campaigns- Act as liaison with WKU Office of Admissions and Honors College on recruitment partnerships- Coordinate the admissions process- Maintain the data flow of applications and correspondence with candidates, families, and schools- Create communication lines to inform constituents regularly of the activities, opportunities, and celebrations of the Academy- Utilize and develops social media avenues for the Gatton Academy- Oversee the Gatton Academy website and news blog- Conduct preview weekends, statewide information sessions, online information sessions, family visits, and school visits to reach out to potential applicants, their families, and educators- Develop and supports programming for Academy students- Serve as a member of the Academy Leadership Team- Oversee the Academy Avatars, which is a specialized group of student ambassadors for the program

- Maintain and enhance The Center’s website- Initiate and support an ongoing multimedia program for The Center- Develop podcasts and other interactive online content to communicate messages for parents, educators, and children- Plan and implement an annual marketing plan for events sponsored by The Center including, but not limited to, designing print ads, setting up exhibits at professional conferences, writing public radio ads, etc.- Facilitate a robust social media presence for The Center across networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other sites- Write for various audiences- Assist with the operations of The Center including ongoing programs such as Super Saturdays, professional development workshops, and summer programs/camps- Collaborate with University Publications on Center projects

I was in charge of the website and social media platforms for the WKU School of Leadership Studies. With my job, I also attended most of the recruitment events for the School. I created several e-newsletters that went out to students and faculty/staff alike. I also helped Dr. Cindy Ehresman on projects as needed.

I was in charge of editing the videos in the We are WKU campaign. Along with that responsibility, I helped manage the Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter accounts for the WKU Alumni Association.

I created a series called Behind the Red Towel. This series is a video series that took a look at what happens off the playing fields in WKU Athletics. Along with this series, I worked with the Media Relations office to integrate video into more areas on the website.

I completed the interactive map for WKU. I did all the stand-ups in front of and inside buildings while editing all footage. The Virtual Tour won a CASE-KY Grand Champion Award in 2011.

I lead tours around WKU's campus two to three times a week. I also worked in the office, doing anything from answering phones to inputting data cards from high school students.

I filmed all practices and games for the WKU Football team.
