I am a initiator who is always planning for the future by setting goals for myself. I always set myself up with opportunities whenever I can. I am a soon to be CPA candidate and will be eligible in the spring of 2020. I enjoy solving problems, and I have an analytical mindset when it comes to solving problems. I am always open to new ideas and am highly adaptable to various situations. Furthermore, I always like to take initiative and be a leader whenever I can. I like to lead others and make contributions whenever possible, and also incorporate other people's contributions. I am willing to take control of situations to make sure that tasks are performed at a high level of quality in an efficient manner. I am a dedicated and detailed oriented person. Also, I always way out my risks in my decision making. My past experiences include preparing tax returns and tax workpapers for a variety of entities including individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, trusts, estates, s-corps, and c-corps. Furthermore, I engaged in research on various tax and accounting issues and provided recommendations on my findings. I was also engaged in compilations where I prepared consolidated financial statements for clients which included income statements, balance sheets, and other various workpapers that supported line items in financial statements. Additional responsibilities I was involved in included updating fixed assets for clients and engaging in reviews of financial statements to ensure they were in compliance with U.S GAAP. I also have experience in general ledger accounting including preparing journal entries, reconciliations for a variety of accounts, and financial statements.
