Teaching the basics of the game of basketball while developing players individually as well as their ability to play a team game. Instructing large groups of player both boys and girls to play with a burning desire to be better then they were the day before. Coaching players to enjoy the process of becoming more skilled and learning what is the best quality they bring to the game and or team helpung them be successful.
