Having worked cross banner at two store (Aldo Shoes and Call it Spring) under the Aldo Group, I have encompassed a broad understanding of the functions and day-to-day processes of the corporation, the differences and similarities of each brand, how they are marketed and distributed and lastly the method, mission and core values of the company as a whole.In store my duties include driving KPI's and Sales goals, while assisting in day- to - day managerial duties, as well as guiding and mentoring sales associates, and aiding my managers in decision making. Being placed in The Aldo groups 4 stores in London Ontario has provided me with an excellent working relationship with all managers, assistant managers, as well as DM's and Sales Directors.

My first priority as a Sales Representative is to provide excellent service to my clients above everything else. After all with any sales industry, customer service is a cornerstone.
