He offered to help me in finding a product within the value of my remaining points, and helped me delete the recurring auto ship thereafter. I work in customer service and very rarely do I encounter representatives who make the difference for the customer. This guy did, don't let him go, he's the reason I'll be coming back once things settle down for me, financially.
