Staff Program Manager - Curriculum
Current- Lead a team of 4 as the Manager of the Training and Knowledge team within the Continuous Service Improvement department.- Oversee the design and implementation of training programs and documentation efforts for the Operations division, with a focus on supporting ADAS testing unit activities.- Develop comprehensive training curriculums for Test Drivers and Test Passengers in alignment with industry standards (SAE J3016, SAE J3018, AVSC) and collaborate with Functional Safety experts to ensure relevance and compliance.- Actively participate in in-vehicle observations and deliver classroom content to new hires and trainees as needed.- Manage Knowledge Specialists responsible for documentation and policy changes, emphasizing cross-functionality and content reuse to streamline processes and reduce content management load.- Implemented a Learning Management System capable of embedding content directly from wikis, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced design workload.- Administer 10 certifications related to in-vehicle operations across 4 ADAS testing programs, covering both internal and external systems.- Coordinate with business partners to align Learning and Development initiatives with strategic business goals.- Develop and maintain reporting systems for training capacity, throughput, and progress against headcount goals.- Manage relationships with external vendors for training supplies, oversee budgeting and purchasing processes, and analyze training costs.- Created over 90% of eLearning content and designed curriculum for all 10 programs offered by the team.
