When I was 22 years old, I started my first business, Byler Elite Strength Training, and I poured my soul into it for 10 years. I created amazing relationships with my clients. I became, in my opinion, the best and most educated strength and conditioning coach, in the market I was serving. I am proud of the work I did. But inside those 10 years I got married (2015) and we introduced three amazing girls to the world in nearly three consecutive years (2018, 2019, and 2021). God called me out of the business for a number of reasons. So it was time to obey and move on to something that is just as interesting to me, equally technical and jargon-y in nature, and overwhelmingly needed.Moving into the financial services field is an efficient and rewarding opportunity for anyone looking to switch careers, and I am grateful I made my move. My team is top quality by any standard, the earning potential is nearly uncapped, and as individual business owners working on one team we all row in the same direction, which is so refreshing. One of my gifts, regardless of the industry I work in, is to turn my insatiable appetite for knowledge into actionable information for my clients. There is nothing I love to do more than be on the cutting edge of information. I am highly growth minded; if there is a better way to do something I will find it, and I am always ready and willing to change. Continuing education and good partnerships are what will always allow me to serve my clients at the highest level.
