How do you balance keeping your employees happy, satisfying customers, and making good business decisions? This is a constant struggle for all companies. I'm very successful in consistently obtaining desired results in each of these three key issues.I believe one of the most important duties of any business owner or leader is setting expectations. How can you get what you want/need from your employees if your objective and goals are not clear? This same philosophy must be incorporated with consumer interactions as well. Build brand loyalty and maintain your integrity by being vocal about what you can do. I have marketing, customer support, e-commerce, and training experience. I accrued most of this by hard work and some by being at the right place at the right time. I use this knowledge to transform my consumers' needs/wants into a stronger marketing strategy.Yes, I work in the castle on Pelham Rd.
