I spent the first 15 years of my career leading large corporate teams; coaching and developing individual leaders, creating operations systems and processes and delivering financial results. The next ~eight years I consulted full time - helping other teams optimize results by teaching, coaching and executing on those strategies. I've now jumped back into doing. Focused the past seven years on growing an AWESOME team and business, navigating an exciting exit for company founders and integration into part of an amazing companyAs an operations executive, I love rolling up my sleeves, finding creative solutions, building new systems or processes, and inventing & marketing new ideas. An entrepreneur at heart, I have spent my career working as change-agent, turn-around expert, co-founder, or director of multiple startups.As a consultant & executive coach I leverage decades of business experience combined with management education and research to work with organizations, teams and individuals in areas of leadership, culture, teams, marketing, branding, operations, finance, and sales. Clients and co-workers describe my easygoing style and sense of humor as a strength; my warmth, consistency, and genuine caring about each of the individuals I work with are a demonstration of my commitment to their success. Whether in an executive role, as an entrepreneur, or a consultant, I work as a change agent and innovator and have successfully launched new product & service lines for several national corporations, developed and patented new media products and written leadership development programs and models to increase the skill-set of other leaders and executives.I have an MBA from the University of Utah and in my spare time Chair the Executive Board of the Business Alumni Association and mentor MBA students. I also sit on a volunteer board of the Utah Chapter of the MS Society.I presently live, work, and play in Salt Lake City—the perfect locale for an avid skier. You can also find me flying a hot-air-balloon, scuba diving, sailing, and playing in or around the ocean at every opportunity. I love spending time with my wife and two kids, and am passionate about food, cooking, wine, and travel, and having great friends, family, and colleagues to enjoy it all with.
