Accept assignments based on workload, priority, needs, and the qualifications and competencies of self and of other staff members.Work closely with the operating room, CRNA's, anesthesiologists, labor and delivery, and CVOR staff to facilitate and support the goals of the operating room in a timely manner. Report on anesthesia related issues to those who require information, including anesthesia, OR management and other staff.Initiate problem solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with peers.
