As an Account Executive at Cengage, I manage multiple accounts in the state of New York. I am responsible for all disciplines and courses at each school in my territory. Internally, I collaborate with our Marketing teams, Sales Ops teams, Product Teams, and Business Development teams to target new business, while also growing and maintaining our base. Externally, I meet with Instructors at my accounts to help them find the right products to use in their course. I also run product demos, offer training and implementation, and completely service the client from start to finish. In Ed-tech sales, you must continually earn trust and loyalty by pairing top tier products with high quality service. Through crafting unique approaches, analyzing trends, and offering a white-glove service, I am able to drive growth in digital activations and net sales.Prior to joining the industry, I spent 9 years in food service, with having spent 5 of those years in a management role. My management roles ranged from Kitchen Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager.
