• Responsible for managing the localization of new Real Estate transactions, performing sensitivity analyses, valuations and capital structure analyses, and managing institutional investors’ accounts• Accountable for developing and maintaining complex models for financing, portfolio and project cash flows, budgeting, acquisitions & dispositions• Accountable for structuring investments by reviewing IRR projections and implementing ROI and cash on cash return analysis for various projects• Assists in negotiating and conducting due diligence for over $500 million in potential transactions• Evaluates potential investments by analyzing capital markets, capital structure, and financial returns• Preparing and analyze forecast and financial real estate reports: profit and loss statement (P&L), revenue and capital expenses, utilities expenses, property cash flows, lease rollover, market rents, vacancy, absorption, capital improvement budgets, annual budget and strategic planning • Evaluates new investments by analyzing markets, development budgets, and cash flow projections• Responsible for maintaining relationships with property and finance brokers, banks and owners
