As a (summer intern) Analyst, I helped to source and diligence investments in companies that uplift local underserved Israeli populations or deliver measurably positive global social impact via novel technology solutions. Bridges Israel is an independent affiliate of Bridges Fund Management, a leading international impact investment fund with over $1B AUM.

The Chertoff Group is a global advisory firm focused on cyber and national security. Founded in 2009 by former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, the firm helps clients grow and secure their enterprise through strategy consulting, security risk management, and merchant banking services. As a Senior Associate, I supported the Chertoff Group's strategy consulting and merchant banking practice areas, at the intersection of security, technology, policy, and finance. As a strategy consultant, I managed projects to help leading technology, defense, and cybersecurity firms evaluate new markets and investment opportunities, navigate security policy issues, and calibrate strategy. I also have extensive M&A transaction experience managing buy-side due-diligence engagements for strategic buyers (defense and technology companies) and large private equity firms evaluating acquisitions in the security technology space. The Chertoff Group's private equity arm has completed six investments since 2014. As the lead Senior Associate on the private equity team, I leveraged market insights gained from my work on consulting and M&A engagements to source and diligence potential new investments in the security technology market, evaluate potential bolt-on acquisitions for our existing portfolio of cybersecurity firms, and accelerate post-acquisition portfolio growth.
