Guided teams worldwide (Germany, Brazil, ME, Asia) to deliver the core component of Qatars LNG expansion. Provided leadership to team of 120 head office personnel managing the work scope plus onshore and offshore workforce.

Full P&L responsibility for the overall project, reporting to Shareholder Executives. Responsible to manage $1.5B EPC Contract with Saipem. Leading owner project management team of 50 personnel and providing guidance to 1000 personnel contractor workforce. Strategic guidance and responsibility for: Safety outcomes, Quality of execution, managing Contracting and Procurement across large scale $100M purchase orders, onshore pipeline and brownfield modifications, offshore pipelay/heavy lift/commissioning/jack-up vessels. Achieved successful handover of the first 66km 32" pipeline producing ~1bscfd of gas.

Seconded to Qatargas in Doha as the Technical Manager for the Barzan Pipeline Project [$2B EPC project, 170km of 32" alloy 825 CRA pipelines, wellhead platform modifications, 10km of onshore pipelines and brownfield plant modifications]. The role led the Technical team with specific responsibility to manage all project interfaces, lead the project through gates and manage the project plan and strategies. Key work experiences: developing the plan and strategy for Concept Selection and Front End Engineering, and utilizing external relationships to accelerate FID; developing the ITT and managing the tender process leading to Contract Award; setting up the EPC Contractor for detailed engineering and then progressing the EPC phase. Obtaining and maintaining shareholder alignment; developing fit for purpose strategies to align the project objectives with execution plans and shareholder expectations; utilizing relationships (internal and external) to manage all phases of project execution.

Key Experience: Project Management, EPC Contractor Management, JV and External Relations, Systems Completion and Turnover, Organization Development. Responsible for delivery of $800M EPC4 Contract and close-out of the total project scope ($4.5B). Achieved first phase project start-up - 7 kbd liquids, 200 mcfd gas. Managed JV relations with BHPB and Santos, significant external relations (Government, Labor Unions, EPC Contractors). Implemented strategies with GE Oil and Gas to complete delivery of the $110M subsea contract. Created ownership in the Operations Organization for handover of project facilities.
