Looking forward to meeting you, but here’s a bit about me:I’m a 3x founder, started an international NGO, rung the NASDAQ bell, was voted Top 100 Entrepreneurs 3x, wrote a book, recorded 350 podcasts, been to 50 countries, and speak at dozens of events every year. I got my start in the restaurant industry working at Friendly’s and there learned that everything we do is for the guest experience, but the ways to measure that experience are unfair to the business (online reviews) or a pain for the guest (long surveys). So I started Ovation, the #1 guest experience management platform for restaurants. And while I’m proud of Ovation and what the incredible team is building, I’m most proud of my family. After going on over 1,000 dates, I randomly met my wife on a hike and 6 months later we were married! The book I published is called “Dating Never Works…Until It Does” and man is that true! I have 4 kids and while I don’t have favorites, I do have 1 daughter. So while I have lots of advice to offer about dating…I’m always accepting advice having to do with marriage and parenting. Because like I always say, if you’re right with God and family…everything else is bonus.
