- Facilitate training sessions to accredited retail mortgage brokers and their colleagues/office.- Present to industries bodies and aggregators with latest lending requirements- Relationship manage 450-500 retail mortgage brokers and other business partners- Provide detailed guidance on credit applications to ensure best outcomes for our customers- Manage risk in line with our risk management framework - Manage business growth and development needs - Maintain industry and regulatory knowledge with lending and the housing market - Facilitate and manage industry and regulatory changes applicable to lending

- Provide accurate technical, loan structuring & policy support to Brokers- Provide support to two Broker Development Managers - Achieve New South Wales target & growth objectives - Workshop & present to Brokers/Head Groups- Pipeline management - Relationship management- Improving quality online deal submission & conversion rates- Facilitate Broker accreditation - Segmentation & reporting

- Manage the accreditation process for all Commercial Finance and Asset Finance brokers in line with the Group Policy on the Management of Third Parties.- Ensure all accredited brokers remain compliant with our accreditation standards by conducting semi-annual reviews.- Prepare broker performance analytics for the Broker & Agency Sales Leadership Team.- Actively contribute to the Broker & Agency Sales team displaying strong team member behaviours that encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture.- Actively contribute to the team environment of continual improvement that delivers a high customer focused service.
