In 1999, Zack became an Affiliation Member of Business Brokers Network. In 2006 he was named Vice President of Affiliation Member Services. His primary responsibilities included providing technical services to Affiliation Members and helping develop strong and effective member brokers.In September 2009, Zack became President of Business Brokers Network. He is a Certified Business Broker (CBB). His present duties continue to include providing technical services to Affiliation Member Business Brokers with additional duties as Director of Affiliation Member Training and Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Our Mission is to develop strong and effective Affiliation Member Business Brokers.

Founder and General Management including professional development of professional staff of about thirty total accountants and administrative support personnel. Majority of my time was spent with active clients working on both accounting reports and federal income tax issues and returns for businesses in a variety of industries with annual revenue of one million dollars to twenty-five million dollars. Testified as an expert witness regarding accounting reports and federal income tax issues in several state and federal courts.

My responsibilities included management and supervision of all accounting functions and indirectly about sixty administrative and clerical personnel, coordination of accounting functions with the computer department, eighteen separate warehouse and manufacturing accounting operations and corporate cash management.
