About Zachary Claus
During my Junior and Senior Years of High School, I attended and excelled at an electronics and computer repair class. After High School I worked at Edwards Electric and Communications as an apprentice for approx. six months, then joined the United States Marine Corps, where I attended "Basic Engineer Equipment Electrical Systems Technician" school. Since then I have attended the John Deere Courses of Instruction on three engine models from 2.9L to 6.8L along with their Service ADVISOR Course.I was Honorably Discharged from the Corps as a Sergeant (E5) in September 2014 and became a Generator Field Technician at Home Power Systems, in Rochester, NY for almost 2 years.I worked at Isaac heating and cooling in their new "Home services" department, for a year and a half, as an electrician while revamping their generator service procedures. As well as attending MCC in pursuit of an electrical engineering degree.I then became an industrial generator technician at Emergency Power Systems which is part of R.L. Kistler.I was recruited to be a Power Systems Rental Sales Representative & Energy Storage Specialist at Milton Cat. which led me into energy storage, where I now am developing that business in the state of New York.
