Mechanic, worked on/Did P.M.s on: Proofers, cooking kettles, media pumps, shakers, feed systems, industrial, ovens, pan conveyors and pneumatic controls. High speed box sealers and food wrappers, spiral cooling towers, enrobers, cream fillers, fryers. I have knowledge of 110 and 3 phase electrical. I've done some PLC programming and replacement.
