Throughout my placement I Supported the cell in whatever way was necessary, dealing with outside vendors, completing Calibration Requests, tracking scrap and consumable wear, and creating a system for €4000 which negated the need for a €700,000 clean line.NCS Team Mentor, St Columbs Park House (July 2019)Supported the team leader in planning and implementing a month-long program for 15 young people aged 15-17. Created planned and unplanned activities and workshops, ensuring the safety, well-being and happiness of young people throughout (including supervising two residentials).Part-time Youth Support Worker, Roe Valley Residents Association (July-October 2018)Developed a summer long breakfast club, ensuring a proper inventory was taken and maintained, money was handled appropriately, and health and safety regulations were upheld. Collaborated with various other programs running over the summer months, including residentials with upwards of 30 children, and day trips.
