    I was responsible for managing and monitoring the B2B performance on both the highest targetted and highest performing region in the country with a GP target of over £1.5million pcm of which we regularly exceeded. I have an acute ability to motivate a mass audience via my paramount communication skills and unrelenting passion for both my personal success, my colleagues success and the success of my employer. This being something that is more than evident in the immense performance increase seen under my guidance. I was responsible for proactively seeking innovative methods of motivation I.e incentives & successful methods of cross-selling, up-selling and multi-selling a whole magnitude of products and services and, in turn, gross profit whils't ensuring customer satisfaction remained the ultimate factor. I put together training/welcoming packs for advisors across Sussex which became store standard documents. I set coaching plans for under-performing stores/advisors, and then ensured that relevant training processes were followed to ensure performance increase.Regional KPIs were all regulary discussed across the division with Regional Managers and Store Managers from all across Greater London, Sussex and Kent seeking my advice. I then became the Deputy Divisional Business Head and was co-responsible for nearly 400 stores performance worth over £50m pcm and we ensured we became the highest indexing division in the UK.At a customer facing advisor level, I was one of the highest performing sellers in Sussex within weeks of joining the business and regularly finished in the top 1-3 for GP generated. My customer feedback ratings has regularly ranked in the top 10 in the country with over 4000 advisors in the UK.
