At starlab.io I manage a portfolio of complex deployments and configurations of our Titanium Linux and Hypervisor suite that protects mission-critical and safety-critical systems from cyber and reverse engineering threats. I also ensure product deployments are completed on time and within budget; adjusting to changing customer requirements and timelines. Finally, I lead the performance of my deployment teams as well as the operations of highly technical customer integration teams, including coordination with their continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.

In my role as an AWS Direct Connect (DX) Technical Program Manager, I managed DX technology programs ensuring successful delivery of improvements to our product in order to meet program goals. Customers use Direct Connect to bypass the public internet and connect directly to AWS over a dedicated connection. DX customers benefit from reduced networking costs (relative to standard AWS charges over the public internet), increased throughout to their AWS resources, and certainty that their data travels to and from AWS over the AWS network paths. To date, we have deployments in 104 colocation facilities in 69 cities in 30 countries, serving every commercial AWS region, GovCloud, and classified regions.
