Current- Lead the significant expansion of Broadway Community, a vital resource for hundreds of New Yorkers experiencing homelessness, hunger, and poverty.- Strategically expand all agency programs, driving the introduction of new initiatives in case management and employment assistance to address the evolving needs of the community and support individuals in transitioning from crisis to stability.- Increase annual private and institutional donations significantly, effectively managing a growing budget to fund and scale the agency’s operations.- Enhance the agency’s advocacy and influence, establishing Broadway Community as a key player in city-wide initiatives and forging stronger partnerships with local government and nonprofit organizations.- Scale volunteer engagement and staff capacity, leading to a noticeable increase in volunteer participation and managing the growth in staff responsibilities through effective human resources leadership.- Streamline organizational operations, resulting in more efficient service delivery and the capacity to meet the increasing demand for Broadway Community’s services during challenging times, including the COVID-19 pandemic.- Position Broadway Community as a model organization, recognized for its comprehensive and scalable approach to addressing homelessness and poverty, influencing similar efforts across the city.
