"I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economics majoring in Management, and I am able to work by analyzing the business environment to formulate business strategies, implementing strategies at the operational level of an organization (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources), identifying organizational problems and providing solutions appropriate, Planning, organizing, directing and controlling within an organization, Using information and communication systems for appropriate managerial decision making, and Communicating effectively across organizational and cultural levels. Until now I have an interest in a career in management, especially in Human Resource Development (HRD). Previously I had worked in several companies from 2012/present, I had various experiences.
