Supervise and expand knowledge within the document control department with junior project document control members on the development of systems, procedures and standard practises  Provide full support in all aspects of vendor and design document control on the project including day to day processing  Developing reports for project closeout, contract closeout, expediting and overdue deliverables  Maintain documentation processes and systems, client reviews, approvals, transmittals, distribution and expediting  Technical Query processing, tracking and reporting.  Scrutinising and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.  Exporting documents from Client management system  Training colleagues on both Fluor and Client systems.

Responsible for all incoming mail, faxes and filing - Maintaining a register of all incoming and outgoing mail, stamping and recording of mail before circulating for distribution to the Project Manager as set out in QP05 of the Quality Procedures and the relevant section of the Site Supervision Manual - Maintaining all files within the Filing Department - Opening new files as required - Maintaining all tracking records and ensuring that they are initialled when a file is taken from the filing room - Chasing up each individual for return of files and documents - Maintaining all Tender Documents and ensuring originals are not taken from the filing room - Keeping all files in a tidy condition - Collecting faxes regularly, recording and sending for distribution to the individuals concerned, photocopying fax if it is marked for someone-s urgent attention and sending them a copy at the same time as the Project Manager - Ensure that all filing is up-to-date and in accordance with ISO9000 quality checks - Other duties as requested from time to time.

Call receiving/Call forwardingRegistering daily complains in the help desk and forwarding it to the technical team.Repairing complaint sheets and follow up with the technical team to close the issue.Filling all documentsFollow up calls to fix appointments with prospective clients & forward leads to the sales team.

 Attending of phone calls from the clients. Marketing with bank  Visit clients business for valuation Valuate all types of ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT. Find the correct value of ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT in the market. Making the final report of bank for client’s loan.  Co-ordination with management and staff. Taking care of all the team members and materials clients that Deals with Document filing & making the record of clients. Checking the e-mails and replying.
