Managing a Denim unit, producing 1.8 million metre of export quality Denim fabric. It has Karl Mayer Ball warping, West Point Rebeaming, Morrison Dyeing Toyota 810, Tsudakoma 9200i air jet looms and West Point Finishing.

Managing the whole one of state-of-the-art Dornier air jet Terry project in Pakistan including Karl Mayer German Warping, Sizing Machines in Back process, Latest Dornier Airjet Terry Machines in Weaving, MCS Italian Dyeing Machines in Processing & Latest Azimo Turkish Slitting and side Hemming Machines in Stitching departments.

Successfully improved the one of the biggest & very disturbed weaving unit in Pakistan. It has 419 Toyota 710 Air jet looms, six warping, four sizing & around 150,000/ meters per day production. Improved the systems, working capabilities of employees by constant on job trainings also, significantly improved their overall housekeeping.

Managed the whole project successfully. Reduced the cost of production significantly by applying energy conservation techniques, managing store consumption, improving yarn purchase system, finding the quality and good revenue generating customers, increasing efficiency percentage, reducing damage percentage, reducing wastage percentage and reducing sizing cost etc made an effective on job and outside training system to improve employees abilities to work at higher standard on a more than 200 Airjet looms project.

Fully involved in successfully establishing the weaving unit from land purchasing, architect drawing, machine selection, opening of L/C, civil construction, and commissioning of the plant within the given time period. Further established a very effective on job training system of employees to enhance their quality of work on a regular basis.

Successfully managed the mill of more than 300 Airjet looms at a very high standard of efficiency percentage, A-Grade percentage etc for a decade. Involved in project planning, civil construction, opening of L/C, erection and commercial production in extension phase for three times during whole service of this company.
