With the Project Director, develop, direct, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for participant training to ensure contract compliance with ADS 253.• Provide input into the development and implementation of policies and procedures for participant selection in compliance with USAID regulations and contract requirements. • Supervise the completion and evaluation of participant credentials for academic placement into a US university. • Oversee and manage all pre-departure activities (visa processing, medical examinations, completion of program forms, pre-departure orientation). • Participate/assist in regularly updating and preparing reports/documents as need and required. • Assure that all international and local training is loaded into the TraiNet system on a quarterly basis for Pre-STEP.• Maintain complete PTP office filing record.• Maintain data base of applications received for scholarships.• Enter all participant data information into the relevant database in a timely and accurate manner; ensure that the database information is current at all times, and that hard copy participant records are included in the appropriate individual files.
