June 2024 – Current Senior Project Manager MTI Systems Working for MTI Systems consultancy’s major client in health service, managing their portfolio of IT digital and cloud infrastructure projects such as server infrastructure upgrades. Creating business plans and getting financial approval from senior management. Working with TDAs and Operational technical teams to produce HLD, LLD and deployments plans and liaising with Change Management to coordinate testing and cutover, BIS and handover to Operational teams ensuring seamless transition to BAU. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing project status updates by producing project highlight reports and managing risks and issues. Escalate any issues to senior management with solution options and recommendations.
