We aimed to build a Cashless-Smart-City. QUICKER is a disruptive BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) mobile self-ordering solution plus a cloud POS system that facilitates the online transaction between customers and restaurants. Customers don't have to line up and can pre-order anywhere, anytime! They can ORDER, PAY, and being NOTIFIED for food pick up via their own smartphones. With data analysis, we provided insights on customer demographics for F&B groups and property developers.As the leader of a lean start-up team, I was responsible for business development & partnership, P&L management, defining company culture, and recruiting. Also, I was responsible for the positioning of our brand, marketing, media relationship, product management, UIUX design of the mobile app and website. Basically everything except coding.

I was involved in the special project reporting directly to Mr. Yanai to optimize the business process. Also, to drive and implement digital transformation strategies globally. Worked in the Global Headquarter, being consulted by regional headquarters on innovation and talent development strategies. I worked closely with Mr. Yanai, CEO of the Group, to inspire employees with an intrapreneurship mindset, and incubated future leaders with instructional design elements. We were a special team that acted as the bridge between headquarter and the regional headquarters. I traveled frequently to understand different regions' needs and provided solutions to management to aid the rapid global expansion of the group. Established the training department for UNIQLO in HK from scratch and was responsible for the development of more than 2000 employees in UNIQLOHK. Also, I was in charge of new staff training plans for new countries, e.g. First store in Australia and the Flagship Store in Hong Kong.
