In my most recent role as the General Director of the Digital Trust Company, I have successfully managed IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. This includes overseeing the management of IT infrastructure, technology, and information security infrastructure, as well as implementing Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Services. I was responsible for a variety of IT audit projects, including a core banking IT audit in the banking sector.

I was responsible for the development and management of IT projects for the digital transformation of the bank. As a part of this responsibility, I developed and implemented strategies that helped the bank stay competitive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.During my tenure, I successfully managed five major IT digital transformation projects, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Human Resource Management (HRM), Loan Management Business Process Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Warehouse.

As the head of IT reporting directly to the CEO, I was responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, technology, IT projects, and information security for the organization. One of my key achievements was developing strategic and tactical solution plans for information systems applications and the company-wide computing infrastructure.I ensured that the design, development, integration, implementation, testing, and maintenance of application changes, new services, equipment, and systems were cost-effective and aligned with business objectives and requirements. Additionally, I negotiated and managed IT vendor licensing and managed service contracts.In terms of team management, I recruited, retained, and developed high-performing teams. I proactively identified security issues and potential threats and continuously built processes and designed systems to watch for and protect against them. I also led compliance activities, including external audits, regulatory compliance projects, and overall information security reviews.

• CIO, CTO, CHRO, COOI served as a Group Director handling various responsibilities including CIO, CISO, COO, and CHRO roles. I took charge of overseeing the IT infrastructure, technology, IT project management, information security, and IT audit. In addition to my IT and information security roles, I also managed the operations center, which involved the payment system and international payments. Moreover, I oversaw the human resources and supporting operations. I was responsible for managing multiple departments including the Department of IT Management, Department of Operations Center, Department of HR Management & Administrative Works, and Department of Information Security.

As an IT Director, I had several key responsibilities. Firstly, I managed the development and implementation of IT strategies. I was also responsible for managing the Colvir Banking System, and building and developing effective working relationships with other departments in the Bank. Another key aspect of my role was implementing IT management processes and committing to IT budget.I contributed to the review of IT Risk assessments, and developed, implemented, maintained, and oversaw corporate information security standards. Additionally, I managed and maintained the IT Disaster Recovery program, and managed the data systems of the Bank. I also set up and managed a call center.Other tasks I was responsible for included reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. I managed the relationship and communication with internal and external auditors, and ensured effective communication with IT teams of Ziraat Bank.

I founded the Marketing and Sales Department.

I completed a one-year MBA program through Ziraat Bank's Banking School, which was focused on Management Training in the banking sector.
