Uncovering ways the firm can be innovative has always been part of my job. I am a native end-user of technologies that could blow existing business models to bits. I question long-held assumptions, cross-pollinating the projects with outside ideas. That sense of freedom and independence leads me to think that hitting the goal is possible.
