Current We are communicating with department heads, to set the training needs and fill the gaps to develop proper training materials. Assess employees’ skill levels within the General Directorate for Engineering Affairs (GDEA) at the University of Tabuk. Design and develop training material to fulfill the needs Set training plans and calendars, communicate with employees and announce them. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in multiple formats (face-to-face, remote, virtual reality, and e-learning). Focusing on Computer literature, Project Management, Soft skills, and English language development courses.
