As a Solution Developer, my responsibility is to design a complete licensing software solution from start to finish to be built using a low-code platform. I am involved in the gathering of business requirements and business processes of the customer. I create the data models for the software solution, which utilizes the fundamentals of object oriented architecture and polymorphism. I create a high level design for the configuration and implementation of the application, and provide customization where needed using JavaScript, Typescript, and React. This position allows me to practice critical and creative thinking, as well as gain valuable knowledge and skills from a team of implementation specialists and database administrator(s). I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the project evolve and seeing real business needs being satisfied within the application.

As a Software Developer Intern, I built a custom AI chatbot that is trained on customer data, using React, TypeScript, Azure OpenAI services, and Langchain. I had to opportunity to interact with customers and coworkers to gain constructive feedback. Additionally, I built a licensing application using a low-code software, including complex configuration, creating documentation and flowcharts, and collaborating with teammates.

As an implementation Intern, I assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation for employees using Confluence and SharePoint. One of my favorite parts of my job is editing video content used to train employees. Editing these recorded training sessions allows me to gain valuable knowledge from my coworkers on the Service Delivery Team. I have worked with a NoSQL MongoDB database for multiple tasks, exposing me to JSON, database structure, and query language.

As a private tutor, I help the student understand key programming concepts, as well as help them debug and complete their programming assignments in Python and Java.

Assistant in an eleventh-grade classroom, helping students apply key concepts learned in class and helping them build and program their STEM projects in Arduino.
