• Design and development of Lotus Notes databases and related template files. Key interfaces include Systems, Operations, and Technical Support to improve databases and management of reports.
• Maintain existing Lotus Notes applications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a Lotus Notes Web environment.
• Maintain and develop procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of all databases.
• Guarantee the performance, integrity and quality of databases.
• Control system capacity for existing requirements, plan for future needs.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Procurement websites and other electronic information initiatives.
• Assist in the data migration.
• Develop, test and de-bug lotus notes web based applications.
• Co-ordinate the testing of websites and assist in the development of test plans. Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing and content reviews across all sites.
• Provide assistance in the development of business and technical requirements for systems projects.

• Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation of new Lotus Notes / Domino databases in both client/web environments with proper unit testing.
• Prepare documents like User Requirement Specification, Software Requirement Specification, Technical Specification, Test Script, and User Manual whenever necessary.
• Implementation and maintenance of testing plan to assist the development of error free applications.
• Participate in Internal Testing as well as User Acceptance Testing.
• Upgrade existing Lotus notes/domino applications.
