I am responsible for advanced planning of overall project plan, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements, integrating, including management of contractors and vendors also responsible for supervising and assessing the set-up of all project components.I coordinate and monitor shutdown projects, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion, always involved with the job planning and forecasting of budgets & timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.As per client requirements all aspects of the project need to be completed to a high standard so ensure about quality control checks throughout all stages of the schedule to ensure budgets are kept, deadlines are met, and the performance of the team is as it should be.As tasks come in and new stages of the project are met, however always involves assigning tasks and responsibilities to members of the team so that everything is completed on time, this involves mentoring the project team and managing its performance.Communication is key to this role and includes letting the team know of any updates or problems, as well as helping and support whenever necessary, monitor the compliance of the project to ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies and safety procedures are followed, and performance standards are met.

I was the part of Maintenance team of the Byco, it involves Hands on experience as a Shutdown Manager in Maintenance of Piping and cuts & rewelds job and replacing no of 3 Furnaces tubes Radiant & Convection section.

First project completed at Laffan Refinery onshore Seven combined EPC Project,its includes the construction of new Nephta Fraction upstream units adjusting to the existing facility.Second project at Qatar Petroleum well Heads Treatment Plant(WHTP- E&G) Project at Dukhan, its involves Installation of Piping Tie‐In and maintain the EPIC mitigation of Burn Pits flare piping.Responsible for the erection of piping, steel structure and equipments, Provide professional assistance to Project Management, Procurement & Project controls.Conduct daily site visit to observe, discuss & check the factors hindering progress to take corrective actions on time.Organize and manage all aspects of the workload of a team piping discipline supervisor and area planners, within the parameters of a project schedule provide manning schedule for piping group and monitor periodically.

Qatar Gas plateau maintenance project is to maintain the current production capacity with reducing H2S content in produced natural gas.Project Nature: Fabrication and Erection of 9,00,000 dia inch Piping, 8,000 Ton Steel Structure and 425 Static/ Rotary Equipment, Connected to 3 different trains used to remove H2S from Natural gas to produce LNG. I worked as a Area incharge in Green field of Qatar gas, responsible for the erection of piping, steel structure and equipments, follow up of procedures, permits, attending formal risk assesment meetings and HSE walkthroughs. Also worked as a fabrication incharge of Jacketed, Ti, AS, SS, Copper and CS piping from 2” to 72”, ensure the fabrication of spools as per latest revisions, solving the technical issues in isometrics, arrangements of resources and work fronts for the fabrication, optimized the fabrication process by implementation of latest fabrication tools and equipment to meet the planned progress as per planned man hours, Designed spool yard and lay down areas, Implemented Bar-Code system to trace out the spools movement, meeting with clients to achieve planned targets, attends kick off meetings, reviewing of method statement, following safety and quality protocols, HSE walkthrough meetings.Responsible for the evaluation of discipline existing staff and develop accordingly necessary detail OJT and classroom training plan/schedule for the staff and do assessment. Ensure that all discipline staff can be fully self-standing on their position prior to the completion of the contract.Annual Turnaround Experience:I have Completed the Annual Turnaround of QatarGas1 Plateau Maintenance Project in Apr-May 2012-2013 & 2014 Assigned to run a team and did a complete turn arround in three years by multiplying the revenue by 3 times in maintenance of Piping and installation of piping Tie-In in Brown Field Area.

BYCO Oil Pakistan Limited: 115,000 BPD Production Crude Oil RefineryProject Nature: Byco oil Pakistan project is the dismantling and relocation from Milford heaven U.K to Pakistan. Construction and Refurbishment of Static/ Rotary Equipment.The largest refinery of Pakistan with local experties which will go as land marc achievment of local Pakistani Management.I was Responsible for various fabrications including all relevant pipe lines and machining components in Oil refinery plant,Handling the job of fabrication & erection of piping & pipe supports.Ensure assign persons for piping group applicable to piping fabrication and erection.Advise and make recommendations to plant management and leadership to resolve piping issues,Check and review issued construction drawings, plans, work details and specification to ensure that all works are implemented at site conforms to project quality and safety requirements.Expediting & handling material control teams to identify & allocate material and provide expertise in piping material and valve selection within piping systems.Conduct weekly site visit to observe, discuss & check the factors hindering progress to take corrective actions on time.
