Responsibilities:1. Monitor the daily receipts, issuances & transferring activities & ensuring all the system transactions reflects the actual movements.2. Allocating the stock as per the sales orders & dispatching it accordingly.3. Performing daily stock counts in accordance with SAP system qty vs physical count requirements4. Preparing the Daily Ageing & Orders vs dispatches reports.5. End of the day performing FG Stock reconciliation in order to find out mismatch between Physical & System.6. Circulating daily, weekly & monthly reports to management (FG production Vs Dispatch, Market returns, Inventory disposals, Crates & pallets movements, WHSE space capacity vs utilization, Internal & external stores stock movement, FG Physical stock vs System stock reconciliation, Import & Export stock management).9. Monitoring Good Receipts, Good issuance, Put-away, internal movement, picking process in EWM system.10. Creation of warehouse tasks, Inbound or Outbound deliveries, Returns, Replenishment, STO and Physical Inventory.11. To work on daily basis to ensure that the flow of the issuance is based on FEFO.12. Inspecting all WHSE equipment’s on daily basis.

Creating GRN in SAP system for the FG Stocks & VM materials & preparing Scrolling & DMS for the invoices of Received stock & consumable bills.4. Preparing cash reconciliation report, KPI report & efficiency report.5. Back of house (BOH) Inventory handling (Receipts, Stacking & Replenishment)6. implementation for promotional offers / discounts on product7. End of the season processing goods return to Distribution Center / Return to vendor.

Assisting the customer to solve the issues related to monthly premium amount & bank charges of their loans3. Issuing the loans statements for the tax deduction.4. updating the customer personal details in the bank accounts. 5. enhancing the knowledge of a new product / loan / insurance to the customers & pitching the calls to the sales team.
