My purpose is to inspire leadership best practices worldwide and drive positive change through consultancy and learning interventions across various levels - from newly graduated to experienced C-suite – while providing innovative solutions to help executives and organizations reach their unique leadership goals. With over 20 years of corporate experience, working with leaders from leading global organizations and startups across the U.S. and EMEA, I have designed and implemented large-scale transformation projects for Fortune Global 500 and Forbes 2000 companies as well as helping entrepreneurs build their leadership capacities. This has given him a multi-faceted approach to his learning interventions, coaching, and consultancy.
