Partnering extensively with top executives (CEO, VPs) stakeholders, and vendors on startup activities.- Developed best practices, as well as benchmarking report, and prepared presentation for SVP of Human Resources on Corporate Universities with customized model for STC. Boosted productivity 30% by driving conversion to Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), which automated processes and enabled L&D department to go paperless. Created and introduced knowledge assessment tools to identify learning needs for 2K salespeople/managers. Led culture change workshops, focused on the company’s new strategic direction, for 150+ senior and 700 middle and frontline managers. New vision and values led to a 22% increase in Organizational Health Index.
