Academic qualifications starting from the US, Bachelors and Masters from Pakistani Premier institutes and a Post Graduate degree from London School of Economics, UK. My experience in commercial and corporate banking especially customer care, client management, product development and operations, corporate relationship management and syndication enhanced by capacity to restructure, augment and fortify Eden Groups relationships with its financial institutions, expand its market base by launching greater number of projects with inbuilt financial products. At Eden, since 2003 - the second largest real estate developer with 36 mixed use residential projects and 3 commercial building, I managed teams to maximize land use ratios, project development, promotion and pricing (land acquisition, financial management, pricing and delivery). My main responsibilities include structuring a real estate project, acquiring project financing from leading financial institutions, interdepartmental coordination for project development, pricing, delivery and most importantly financial management .
