I am a UK national and have completed all my training in the UK with a CCT and fellowships in vascular, non-vascular and interventional oncology. I am also trained in diagnostic imaging reporting and capable of providing on-call cover for general radiology.I am section head of the largest IR department in the country with two dedicated angiography suites and a team of 5 consultants and 2 fellows. We are a tertiary referral center and one of a few hospitals to have JCIA accreditation.I rotate my duties between my IR clinic, minor list (biopsies & drainages) complex cases list (performed in the angiography suite) and MDT commitments. I am also able to perform general radiology diagnostic imaging reporting and fluoroscopic studies.I am also an Assistant Professor of Radiology and deal with the training of medical students, radiology trainees and our fellows.
