• Responsible for leading Production/Operations Development & Support application development group, with in the USA and India.• Managed and delivered software applications for multiple and diverse lines of business likeAffordable Housing Programs, Neighborhood Lending, LandSafe Title and Credit, Home Loan Products, Centralized Sales business divisions etc.• Technology solutions to support business needs were developed utilizing multiple platforms ranging from Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Java, IBM Lotus Notes/Domino and IBM iSeries.• Responsible for hiring and building of highly skilled application development teams from ground up.• Responsible for the delivery of the high quality software, including estimates, technical design, programming, database management, unit testing, defects removal, implementation and post implementation and ensure that it is delivered within agreed cost and timescales, in accordance with IT standards and industry best practice, to meet and ideally exceed customer expectation. • Responsible for improving productivity in software delivery through the efficient management of the software development staff and use of best practices. Ensure productivity and best practices are established, monitored and continuously improved.• Responsible for Identifying and implementing software technology improvements, optimization, rationalization and replacement initiatives for assigned technologies to keep the business units operations up to date, reliable and at optimal cost. • Responsible for overseeing adherence to Risk and Compliance policies, including vulnerability scanning and remediation, business continuity, access reviews, control plans, technical recovery plans, application monitoring etc.• Responsible for making all decisions on personnel actions including Career development plans, Performance Management and Incentive/Compensation.• Responsible for providing the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives.
