• Lead the consultant team consisting of Engineers, inspectors, surveyors, Lab and HSE staff on a project worth Rs - 3.2 Billion. The project consisted of a 5 story shopping mall / car park, related roads and infrastructure. In addition project had 2 connection bridges to facilitate BRT bus parking at the top floor of the building having a capacity of 51 buses.• Coordination of MEP services, i-e water supply, electricity, HVAC, firefighting, fire alarm, public address, drainage etc.• Presentations to the client and ADB delegations during the site visits.• Review of the daily and Monthly Progress Reports and the physical progress.
