I have been working in this company since the project development phase. Currently Leading Maintenance Team as well as Plant management related issue.Role & Responsibilities:• Implementation of reliability engineering principles, tools and techniques to identify the plant failures.• Contributes to or potentially causes of production loss or high operating costs, develops, implement reporting systems and scorecards to identify shortfalls in equipment and system performance. • Leading Team of dedicated Engineers & Technicians to Supervise, Coordinate & Control Three Gorges Wind Power Plant’s Operation & Maintenance in a cost efficient, reliable & safest way through (SCADA/HMI/PLCs) system, Installed & commissioned by world leading company Goldwind.• Team Lead for TGF wind farm on Implementation scheduled and routine maintenance work at 49.5 MW.• Supervised all Performance Pre & Post Electrical & Mechanical Commissioning Test on Goldwind GW77/1500 WTGs.• Developed Annual Maintenance Plans for Shutdowns & also contributed in preparing Annual Maintenance Budget • Designed and Implemented Operation Policies & provided Technical assistance to Maintenance Personals.
