I recently obtained my Google IT Support Professional Certification, As a part of the program, I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. It's already been such an amazing learning journey, and I cannot wait to see where my education takes me. I currently work in Kuberg Electric Motorcycle as a customer service specialist and I have more than 7 years of experience and have excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone. I can empathize with my customers, so they know I have their best interests in mind. I strive to make the workplace a friendly environment, so everyone enjoys being at the workplace. I take pride in the work I do and believe you should love the job or work that you do. I love to learn new things and can adapt quickly. I enjoy finding new paths and ways to do things and the challenges it presents.From a very young age, I knew technology was always the industry for me. Working with different types of technology and understanding how they work and communicate with each other, has always been so interesting to me. I have dabbled in IT in my current role, and that ignited my curiosity about the industry.
