Preparing and reviewing tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms. Managing tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Group; ensuring timely & accurate filing of all corporate & personnel income tax. Establishing appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group. Providing internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group. Developing finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking & direction. Reporting the financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analysing variances; developing improvements. Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization. Some of my noteworthy milestones include:# Secured a transfer pricing order with nil adjustments for a continuous 3 years# Successfully, monitored indirect tax matters at CPP Institute Pvt. Ltd. and ensured the timely filing of all Indian tax returns# Reviewed Indian tax compliance and reported obligations including statutory account tax provision and related disclosures, corporation tax returns, consumption tax returns & reconciliations, and so on# Studied financial data for proper application of corporate and consumption tax laws, advised on the development and maintenance of accounting systems which provided tax information
