I have 25 years of experience across sectors : Media, Pharma, Financial Services, Information Technology, Consulting with strong conceptual and hands-on expertise in Learning Management Systems and implementing learning procedures to help Companies establish and nurture self-managing teams.Apart from my focus on helping Organizations with improved learning procedures, I have delivered projects on Organization Design and Change Management in India, UAE, and the Maldives. Before White Spaces Consulting,  I worked for 15 years at India's largest Media Conglomerate - The Times Group.I helped establish the Organization and People Charter and Agenda when The Times Group forayed into the sectors of Radio, Music, Television, the Internet, and other non-publishing areas. As the Head of Human Resources, I institutionalized people processes and practices for the Times Television Network.I have a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Mumbai University and I am a Certified Executive Coach. I am an Accredited Lecturer in Organizational Culture and Change from the Hofstede Centre - Finland in the area of Strategy, Culture, Values, and Change.I am based in Mumbai and when I am not working, I am passionate about long road trips across continents.
