HR Business Partner:▪ Act and operate as a Business Partner, working directly with multiple stakeholders, Engineering team, management, and various related departments, and be able to optimize teams’ performance.▪ Partner with HR colleagues including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to develop and implement specific HR programs, including talent, succession planning, employee mobility, and career development.▪ Responsible for all HR management and development including employee life cycle policy and practices, discipline, grievance, compensation and benefits, employment contracts, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals, compliance and any other HR related issues.Data Analytics / Reporting:▪ Collect data from a variety of sources to compile HR metrics (Talent, Turnover, Headcount), including HRIS, surveys, and other sources (Paycom).▪ Prepares reports of complex data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.Technical Recruitment / Head Hunting / Talent Acquisition and Management:▪ Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness▪ Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and make sure that hiring requirements are being fulfilled in a timely manner.▪ Assist in developing & implementing Talent Management strategies to increase employee engagement, retention, and motivation.▪ Designing a succession planning model for key positions.Performance Management:▪ Oversee the development and maintenance of the performance management cycle and ensure the smooth delivery of the process.▪ Ensure the proper execution and completion of employee’s performance evaluation cycle.Employee Relations & HR Operations:▪ Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and concerns.▪ Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
