It was my job to answer phone calls and verify customer information before opening an account. I would check status of orders, help customers place orders, check on shipping status, help with customer complaints, manage accounts & help track down missing orders.

I would open the store, feed and change all small animals, reptiles, fish and birds. I gave medicine to sick animals and kept the pet care aisles clean while checking on customers frequently to assist them with anything. On occasion I would work the register, handling money and answering the phone.

I went to clients homes and helped them take care of their children whom have some form of a Mental Disability.

I helped with the fitting rooms, keeping the store clean and most importantly customer service. I would help close at night or stay over night and help with store set.
