- Operated as lead UX Engineer on multiple cross-functional product teams spanning in maturity from the ideation phase up to in-flight digital products generating millions in profit for the business.- Worked as lead UX Engineer on multiple product teams to design and launch POC applications for the business.- Transformed business requirements, research, and user feedback into prioritized features and design deliverables which were used to inform quarterly product strategy.- Created continuous user feedback loops for multiple product teams, improving the discovery and tracking of issues/bugs and potential product improvements.- Redesigned Optum’s design system, as a selected member of the UX Design Council, resulting in a more unified user experience across the company’s entire product portfolio.- Collaborated with multiple product teams to validate, design, and launch multiple new product features.- Helped product teams improve their product accessibility (WCAG compliant), usability, and NPS scores.

- Utilized AngularJS to design and develop new features for an internal administrative application that provided actionable insights/metrics on the organization’s technology usage to Director level admin and above.- Developed Virtual Reality (VR) assets, environments, and experiences aimed at treating patients with debilitating fears via exposure therapy. This resulted in the launch of a POC application for therapists to use with their patients.- Created Augmented Reality (AR) asset models, and developed interactive AR applications for use at large technology events to demonstrate the use and value of AR in the healthcare space. - Collaborated with a team of 5 to design, develop, and launch the POC for a modular ‘Emotion Recognition and Analysis’ application by utilizing AngularJS, React, Python, and various public API’s.

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

- Spearheaded the UX Research and Design effort for the Whay mobile application, leading a team of three.- Faciitated ideation sessions, experimented design concepts with potential users, and created artifacts and user stories for feature implementation.- Developed and deployed the Whay v1.0 (MVP) onto the Apple App Store. I worked on programming both the frontend and backend of the application, primarily using Swift/SwiftUI and Firebase.- Led efforts to identify and pursue investment and accelerator opportunities. This included pitch deck development, investor outreach, pitching, and various applications.

- Monitored web analytics and presented insights and potential opportunities for company webpages to leadership.- Assisted in redesigning company webpages to increase engagement and conversion, and implemented front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.- Designed physical and digital marketing materials and advertisements.
